It can sleep up to 6 (2 in bedroom, 2 on sleeper couch, 2 on murphy bed). The monthly fee $406 includes expenses you will not have additional fees for utilities. Taxes are $16 per year! This is an excellent value because this one bedroom rents for as much as $350 per night during the peak season.
